Folk Wedding / Cassandra + David

What a wedding! we were waiting for this wedding since last year and it went better than we expected. We meet Cassandra and David last year. You can see the engagement session we did to them here. For the record, we flew our trusted videographer Pepe to help us shoot this wedding and his girlfriend came as well, so the four of us arrived at this house outside Edmonton city where the ceremony happened.  Our jaws dropped when we saw the beautiful landscape, in this kind of "cliff" facing a little lake, the weather wasn't that cool but all of us, and even the guests, embraced it and fortunately, the rain stopped just minutes before David walked down the aisle.

There was this folk band playing beautiful songs, so now you can imagine how stunning everything was! Cassandra looked gorgeous in a lace gown and the vows were so deep and hilarious at the same time.

The reception was in a woody cabin venue just in the heart of  Edmonton, the decoration was so beautiful with natural flowers and greenery, each seat had your name printed in a wooden cookie and the dessert bar was full of muffins and the cake had a couple of bears at the top, so unique!

This wedding was above and beyond for the simple reason that the couple enjoyed it and put their signature in everything about it, they even handcrafted fabric grocery bags for the guests to take home.

In the end, that's what matters.
