Islamic Wedding in Edmonton /Sara + Moatasm

We met Sara and Moatasm thanks to Medina and Sadeq because we did their wedding last year, you can see their video ---> here. 

Sara was in Vancouver so Moatasm, Adrian and I met at a cafe and did a video chat with her. Sara is the sweetest bride we have ever met, she has a big heart, both of them are really sweet and they make a really cute couple. 

The first day was the ceremony at a mosque and after that, we went to Moatasm parents house where all the ladies gathered to sing and dance to the new couple. It was amazing! For Adrian and I to get to live this is absolutely incredible, to experience new cultures and the way they celebrate love. 

The second day was a little bit more traditional until the reception. For the groom's entrance, there were the zaffe, a group of men with drums and swords singing and dancing to receive Moatasm.

I have to make a special mention of Sara´s dress that was stunning but better see the photos. 

We are really happy with the result of this wedding, we had a really great time!
