Secret Jewel Celebrations/ Playa del carmen weddings / Mariana + Alexander

This wedding has been one of my favorites because the couple enjoyed every second of it. They had a smile on their face all day long, they danced their asses off and they were super chilled and relaxed., and that is what´s all about, enjoying one of the best days of your life and not to worry about a thing.

Mariana found us through two of her friends, Flor (check her wedding here) and another friend from her gym who recommended us. Since we skyped with Mariana we felt how easy going she is and all the good vibe she has. She told us how she met Alexander on a ship, yes both of them work on a cruise and how they have traveled the world together.

They decided to get married at Playa del Carmen, so that for all of their international guests could be easier to arrive. Alex is from Germany and Mariana is Mexican but from Guadalajara. They counted that day I recall, 19 different nationalities attending that wedding.

Every single detail of their wedding shouted Mariana and Alexander and their love for the ocean!

In life, there are two types of family, the one from blood, and the one you choose. Mariana and Alexander showed us how big of a family they have created across the world!

Thank you one more time for reading us and to our couples for their trust, without them, we can´t continue to do this that other people call “work”.
