Riviera Maya Indian Wedding/ Tray + Graden

What a wonderful two-day wedding on the shores of the Caribbean sea. Tray and Graden traveled from Calgary, Canada to have an intimate wedding at Playa Del Carmen with their 30 closest friends and family. 

The first day was the Bengali Wedding, we started with a ceremony with Tray´s father to continue then with the turmeric ceremony where the guests fed with fruit and covered up the couple with a turmeric and coconut oil paste. After that, the wedding was in a beautiful gazebo right at the beach! The second day was the western wedding right on the rooftop of the hotel, Tray this time wore a white dress, we enjoyed the speeches, the first dance and the party. 

We really enjoy destination weddings because you have the chance to get along with everyone and everybody is there to celebrate the most important thing in life... LOVE

On the third day we did a casual session in the hotel area, we have to say that this hotel is incredible: Sandos Caracol eco-resort, if you have the chance you have to go! (besides, they are helping the environment by not using straws and disposables.)

We are glad we are going to see them again this September at their friend's wedding (Dianna + John) in Calgary.  

Every couple we´ve worked with is special to us, we try to work with people we feel a connection with, people that we know we are going to have a great time together and then the photos will reflect that.
