Wedding trends 2024 : A Classy and modern wedding in La Florida, Guadalajara, Mexico

This wedding was a statement. Everything we saw at this wedding is a trend in 2024. So definitely Sofia was a visionary.

This wedding was in my beloved Guadalajara, where I was born and raised. So every time I’m down there I feel super happy and inspired.

The bride, Sofia, is a beautiful soul inside and out. I could see that every detail was well thought out and screamed Sofia and Charly in all the ways. From her dress with a giant tilt bow in the back, an orchid as a headpiece, and gloves, yes, beautiful transparent gloves!

Everything was so classy yet minimalist.

The getting ready was at her aunt´s place surrounded by her closest family members.

For the first look, we went to La Florida, a beautiful venue in Guadalajara. It’s in the middle of the city but surrounded by trees, so you have natural and lush gardens to celebrate your wedding.

The venue has a capacity for 700 people on the “arbolada” and the terrace can host 450 people. You can also have the ceremony at this venue, but we went to Zapopan´s Basilica for this wedding.

The reception was in La Florida as well, Camilia WP did the decoration and wedding planning.

Flowers, disco balls and greenery were the stars for this party! But that isn’t it all, lasers, nitrogen pistols, and people in costumes and stilts did a happening.
