Sometimes I think Calgary goes unnoticed because everyone wants their engagement in Banff and yes, don’t get me wrong the mountains are absolutely the perfect backdrop for an engagement session but Calgary has some perfect scenarios as well.

Like the iconic Calgary tower, imagine having it as a backdrop, sweet right?

For me, as a wedding photographer, I love to find places where we can get this city vibes for a session. Walking the streets of your city and finding the beauty and cool places to snap a picture.

This parkade is the perfect example, who in a million times would have thought about taking their engagement session at a place where people park their cars? Nobody, right? But that’s what I’m talking about finding beauty everywhere, and in uncommon places.
